Rubber Processing Oil

Rubber Processing Oil (RPO) is a specialized hydrocarbon fluid widely used as a plasticizer and processing aid in the rubber manufacturing industry. Added during compounding, RPO reduces the viscosity of rubber mixes, which improves filler dispersion, lowers energy consumption, and enhances overall flow characteristics during extrusion and molding. It significantly impacts the final physical properties of the rubber—improving flexibility, elasticity, tensile strength, and resistance to wear and thermal aging. RPO is available in three primary types—aromatic (ideal for high-solvency applications like vehicle tires), paraffinic (offering high heat stability for EPDM and technical rubber goods), and naphthenic .

RPO 245

Rubber Processing Oil (RPO) Grade 245 is a high-performance aromatic hydrocarbon plasticizer engineered to optimize both the manufacturing process and final durability of natural and synthetic rubber products like SBR, PBR, and Neoprene. Characterized by its high solvency power and strong molecular compatibility, RPO 245 penetrates the dense rubber matrix during compounding to significantly reduce viscosity and internal friction, enabling smooth extrusion, molding, and uniform dispersion of crucial reinforcing fillers like Carbon Black and Silica. Beyond improving operational efficiency and reducing machinery power consumption, this oil stays embedded within the cured rubber to deliver exceptional mechanical strength, crack resistance, superior abrasion defense, and long-term thermal stability against high-friction heat. Consequently, RPO Grade 245 serves as an indispensable additive across heavy-duty industrial applications, vital for manufacturing long-lasting automotive tires, commercial conveyor belts, high-pressure hoses, engine mounts, and resilient molded technical goods.

RPO 710

Rubber Processing Oil (RPO) Grade 710 is a premium, high-viscosity processing oil (commonly available in aromatic or naphthenic formulations) designed to optimize the manufacturing efficiency and end-product quality of natural and synthetic rubber compounds like NR, SBR, and BR. Acting as an effective internal lubricant and plasticizer, RPO 710 significantly lowers batch viscosity, minimizes compounding friction, and prevents scorch during high-shear operations in mixers, extruders, and calenders. It excels at promoting the smooth, uniform dispersion of reinforcing fillers like Carbon Black, which improves compound flow and reduces machinery power consumption during processing. Due to its high thermal stability, low volatility, and excellent solubility, Grade 710 remains stable within the rubber matrix to enhance essential physical properties in the final product—such as elasticity, surface finish, wear resistance, and long-term durability. This makes RPO Grade 710 a versatile standard choice across the rubber industry for producing commercial automotive tires, conveyor belts, inner tubes, industrial gaskets, molded footwear soles, and extruded rubber components.

Hydraulic AW 68

Hydraulic AW 68 is a heavy-duty, anti-wear (AW) hydraulic fluid engineered with an ISO VG 68 viscosity grade to provide maximum power transmission, outstanding system efficiency, and long-lasting component protection in demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic equipment. Formulated using high-quality base oils combined with an advanced zinc-based anti-wear additive package, it creates a robust protective film over high-pressure pumps, pistons, vanes, valves, and actuators to drastically minimize mechanical friction, metal-to-metal wear, and scuffing. Its exceptional thermal and oxidation stability effectively resists thermal breakdown and controls varnish, lacquer, and sludge formation even under severe operating temperatures, keeping hydraulic filters clean and significantly extending oil drain intervals. Furthermore, Hydraulic AW 68 features excellent water-separation (demulsibility) properties, fast air-release, and anti-foam performance, which together prevent cavitation, rust, and corrosion in systems exposed to moisture and air contamination. Designed for severe operating conditions .

Engine Oil all grades available

Engine Oils (All Grades) encompass a complete portfolio of high-performance internal combustion lubricants formulated across diverse Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) viscosity ratings—ranging from ultra-low viscosity synthetic multigrades like 0W-20, 5W-20, and 5W-30 for modern passenger cars to robust multi-viscosity blends like 10W-30, 10W-40, 15W-40, and 20W-50 for heavy-duty commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and older engines. Engineered using refined mineral, semi-synthetic, or fully synthetic base stocks enriched with advanced API-certified additive packages (including detergent-dispersants, anti-wear agents, and friction modifiers), these oils ensure immediate cold-start flow, optimal thermal film strength under extreme high-temperature operating conditions, and active prevention of sludge and carbon buildup.

Gear Oil

Gear Oil is a heavy-duty lubricant specifically formulated to protect enclosed manual transmissions, gearboxes, differentials, transaxles, and transfer cases in automotive, commercial, and industrial machinery. Engineered with high viscosity and robust Extreme Pressure (EP) additive packages—often utilizing sulfur-phosphorus chemistry—it forms a resilient protective film that prevents metal-to-metal contact, scuffing, pitting, and wear under extreme mechanical loads and high-torque conditions. Available in standard API performance classifications (such as GL-4 for synchronized manual gearboxes and GL-5 for heavy-duty hypoid differentials) across common viscosity grades like 75W-90, 80W-90, and 85W-140, high-quality gear oils also deliver excellent thermal stability, rust and corrosion protection, and foam resistance to ensure smooth gear engagement, efficient power transfer, and extended component life.

Tyre oil

Tyre Oil (also known as Pyrolysis Oil or Tyre Pyrolysis Oil – TPO) is a high-calorific liquid fuel produced through the thermal decomposition (pyrolysis) of waste automotive tires in an oxygen-free environment. Characterized by its high heating value and low viscosity, tyre oil serves as a cost-effective alternative to conventional industrial fuels like Light Diesel Oil (LDO) and Furnace Oil (FO). It is widely utilized across heavy industrial applications—including industrial boilers, furnaces, casting foundries, asphalt mixing plants, power generators, and cement kilns—to power high-temperature heating operations. In addition to offering substantial fuel cost savings for manufacturing units, the utilization of tyre oil promotes environmental sustainability by diverting scrap tires from landfills and supporting circular economy initiatives in resource recovery.
